The Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property has joined the Research Infrastructures for the Future of Ukraine (RIFF) project.
One of the main results of the RIFF project in Ukraine will be the development of the “Roadmap for the Recovery and Improvement of Research Infrastructures in Ukraine.”
At the event, participants familiarized themselves with the concept of research infrastructures (RI) as understood by the European Union; learned about the opportunities offered by the RIFF project for the development of Ukrainian research infrastructures and their connection with relevant national or pan-European research infrastructures; joined the project’s initiatives and future activities; and established contacts with representatives of the research infrastructure community of Ukraine and the EU.
The speakers at the event were the head of the expert group on research and critical infrastructure of the Directorate for Science Development of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the RIFF project coordinator from Masaryk University Ondřej Gradil, the Head of the Activity Support Sector of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the RIFF partner from INESC Portugal, the RIFF partner from the University of Milano-Bicocca Enrico Guarini, the Head of the Department of the V. Ye. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and EFIS Centre analyst from Belgium Liudmyla Tautiyeva.
The Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property was represented at the event by PhD in History, Associate Professor Maryana Verkhoturova.
