ROUND TABLE “FORENSIC EXPERTISE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OBJECTS: OBJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RESEARCH AND PROTECTION STRATEGY IN THE PRACTICE OF A LAWYER” was held on April 14, 2026.
The event was co-organized by the Scientific and Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the National Bar Association of Ukraine, the State Enterprise “Center for Forensic Expertise and Expert Research” of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, and the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Experts of Ukraine”.
The Acting Director of the Center, Anna Papakina, addressed the participants of the round table with a welcoming speech.
The moderator of the event was Violleta Fedchyshyna, Doctor of Law, attorney, Chair of the Committee for Expert Support of Advocacy of the UNBA.

Kateryna Motuzka Head of the Sector of Trademark Research of the Laboratory of Intellectual Property Objects Research and Trademark Research of the Scientific Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Topic of the report: “Research of Trademarks as Objects of Intellectual Property.”
Nataliya Begush, forensic expert in the field of intellectual property, patent attorney, advisor to the director of the State Enterprise “Center for Forensic Expertise and Expert Research”.
