The Center provides appraisal services in the following areas:
– Appraisal of real estate and rights to real estate;
– Appraisal of personal property.
Valuation services for real estate, rights to real estate, and personal property are provided on the basis of a Valuation Entity Certificate issued by the State Property Fund of Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements of Law of Ukraine No. 2658-III “On the Valuation of Property, Property Rights, and Professional Valuation Activities in Ukraine.”
