The following issues are submitted for consideration by the participants of the IV “Krainiev Readings”:
- theory, history and methodology of forensic expertise in the field of intellectual property;
- scientific heritage of forensic expert and scholar P.P. Krainiev (1952–2014);
- problems of reforming forensic expert activity in the field of intellectual property;
- forensic expertise in the field of technical creativity (inventions, utility models, industrial designs);
- forensic expertise of commercial (company) names and trademarks;
- economic research and expertise in the field of intellectual property;
- expertise of computer programs, databases and telecommunication means (systems);
- ways of development and improvement of science and education in the field of intellectual property protection, etc.
The event “Problems of Theory and Practice of Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property Issues” (“Krainiev Readings”) will be held at the Center at the address: 01133, Kyiv, L. Ukrainky Blvd., 26, office 501, in Skype internet streaming mode (Skype address: intelect.NDC). The event starts at 11:00. Registration of participants in the Skype network from 10:30 to 11:00.
The Materials of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of Theory and Practice of Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property Issues (“Krainiev Readings”)” will be presented at the conference.
