On June 9, 2023, the Scientific and Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property and the Lviv Scientific and Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, with the assistance of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, held the III All-Ukrainian Forum of Forensic Experts (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) on the topic “Forensic Expertise in the Context of the Restoration of Ukraine”. The event was held in the city of Lviv and broadcast via video conference.
The forum was dedicated to discussing the range of main tasks and opportunities of forensic examination in order to implement ways to restore the Ukrainian state after the victory.
Representatives of forensic examination activities, law enforcement and judicial systems, legislative and executive branches of government, academic circles and practicing lawyers took part in the professional discussion.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Serhiy TYULENIEV, Director of the Research Center for Forensic Expertise in the Field of Information Technologies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
